Casa Del Mar 2 is located 8 blocks north of the city center of Rockaway Beach, which features 7 miles of sandy beach along with a nice selection of shops and restaurants. This home has a fantastic ocean view and features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.

Bedroom number 1 has an ocean view and is complete with a comfortable king size bed. Bedroom number 2 features 2 queen size beds along with a TV, complete with cable and a DVD/CD player. There is a full bathroom with tiled tub/shower and sink located off of this room and an attached laundry room with a washer and dryer.

A second tiled bathroom is handicap accessible and is complete with an adjustable shower head (see photos) and a standard shower head. There is also a shower bench and a hand rail.

The living and kitchen area has an incredible ocean view. The living room features an attractive wood burning fireplace, two sofas, a reclining chair, and TV with cable and a DVD/VCR player. This is a perfect place to relax and watch the ocean.

Enjoy your meals and watching the waves crash while seated at the dining table which will comfortably seat six. A breakfast bar that will seat 3 is conveniently located near the dining table. You can cook your meals in style with an ocean view in the well equipped full kitchen.
