unfurnished homes, but some furnished homes may be available. We offer leases or monthly rentals depending on the home.

#1 - Rockaway Beach

This home is located eight blocks from Hwy 101 and the center of Rockaway. This is a two story town home. The upper level features the living and dining area along with a full bath and the master bedroom. There is a sliding glass door off of the dining room that opens on to a deck with a view of the trees.
Downstairs features two bedrooms, a second full bath, laundry room with utility sink and washer dryer hook up. There is also a single car garage. Parking is limited to one car in the driveway and one in the garage. No yard.

The upper level features a second bedroom. The third bedroom may also be used as a great room. There is second bathroom with a shower on this level also. This unit has a small yard. Parking is shared with the other unit and allows up to two cars.
